Devastating cross punch. First round KO

David Mundell lands devastating left hand to end it in a blink of a eye!

The fight between David Mundell and Harry Werz got off to a slow start as both fighters circled the ring waiting for that exact moment to strike. Werz looked out of it from the start, attempting multiple kicks, but looking more of a ballerina with stopping to do what looked to big a spin.

Mundell sat back waiting for that minute connecting with a few kicks to the leg before what he dropped the lightning. As Werz was dancing back and forth, Mendel came in with a devastating left hook sending wires into the mat. The question I want to know is what exactly he saw after that fist landed and did he see any little birdies flying around?

The two fighters have fought a few professional fights as Werz had a 2-0 record between 2011 and 2012. Not quite sure what ever happened to him, but if he remembers that fist on a daily basis no wonder why we haven’t seen much from him the past few years.

Mundell on the other hand is 3-0 according to Sherdog the Global Authority of Mixed Martial Arts. In his first registered fight Mundell finished off Jeremie Cook in an even faster decision knocking him out in just 17 seconds. Since that fight in Feburary of 2014, Mundell also beat Rance Jones at Atlas Fights at Battle on Mobile Bay in April and Jay Marrero at RFC 31 in July.

The talented fighter has his next fight set for November 15, 2014 at WSOF 15 in Tampa, Florida against Maurice Salmon.
